Rental risks identified
The final conclusion in the report provides clear insight into the risks of renting your property to the relevant tenant through color coding. Three codes are used here: red, orange or green. The code red indicates that the file is incomplete and certain checks still need to be done. At code orange, all records are in order and the screening methods for the rental transaction have been completed correctly, but there are doubts about the tenant. We will point this out to you which means we have fulfilled our duty of care to you, but leave the decision to you to deal with this tenant. Ideal is code green. The broker has fulfilled his duty of care and the tenant appears to be of impeccable conduct.
